Buying a house in the current climate was TOUGH, but I truly wouldn't have wanted to work with any other realtor than Norm! He is the ultimate professional, constantly evolving with the market and always finding innovative ways to present the most competitive offers possible. Even more importantly, he quickly became a friend of ours - my husband and I knew we could trust him because he invested his time and energy in us as people.  We were more than his clients, and we still feel that way long after our purchase has been completed.  My husband and I were able to buy our first house this year, thanks to Norm, and we look forward to working with him again for our future real estate needs.  He is one of the classiest guys out there, and we 100% recommend working with him in any capacity!

We sold our one bedroom condo at a time when interest rates were increasing, and when there were multiple listings within in our building.  Norm was in constant contact with us.  He made sure our listing was at the forefront of everyone's mind.  We had a constant flow of showings.  He also worked with us to close remotely while we were up North for the Holidays.  I am blown away by the amount Norm was able to negotiate for us at closing during the housing market of December 2022.  I would not think twice or hesitate to use Norm again for our future real estate needs.

Norm helped my sell my first house and buy my new dream home, all during the height of the COVID-19 quarantine in Atlanta no less, and the whole experience was so much better than I could have hoped.  

Going in, I wasn't quite sure what my place was worth, how to time the whole process, or really what I was doing at all.  He was quickly able to look at the place, see exactly what a buyer was going to see in it, and come up with a price that was great for me and was going to sell.

Within a day of listing my house, he had a *bunch* of showings lined up, and we were under contract before the first weekend.  Then, the day after we accepted the offer, he had me touring homes and we found the one.  He was extremely valuable in helping me determine how much I could get the place for and how I could best structure the offer.

From that point forward, Norm did a ton to help me navigate all the many activities between contract and closing.  He was very proactive in communication, always letting me know when something was coming up and what to expect next.  And he was extremely responsive; any time I had a question, I had an answer almost immediately.

From past experience, I know that buying a home can be a confusing and difficult process.  But thanks to Norm, this time around was straightforward and honestly pleasant.  I can't recommend him highly enough!

Norm was awesome!  We were moving from Grant Park- in Atlanta and wanted to move to Marietta.  We didn't know this part of the city very well- he made sure to show us all of the different neighborhoods and bring us to places that were of interest to us so we could get a good idea of where we wanted to be.  He set up different lists of homes and I put them in order of which I liked best and then we took a full day to go look at them all.  He would have gone and looked at more- but we found the one we wanted that day!  Norm also listed our home- which he walked through the process of selling a home and made me feel very comfortable with the process as I had not sold a home before.  The photographer he brought in to take pics did a fantastic job of capturing the home and staging where needed.  The home sold in ONE DAY!  Throughout the whole process of selling and buying a home Norm was there to answer any questions at any time of the day.  And was happy to walk through any of the documents that came through.  I felt he had my best interest at all times and I would recommend him to anyone!

It was an overall great experience to work with Norm!  This was my first time selling and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.  He listed it at the maximum price and it sold within 3 weeks.  In addition, he negotiated our new home very well.  He was very good at following up and answering any questions very promptly.  I would recommend Norm to anyone, as his experience and knowledge are invaluable.
